Clients may cancel services by providing written notice within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations after this period may be subject to administrative fees.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
Services have not commenced
The request is made within 7 days of payment
No third-party costs have been incurred on behalf of the client
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable:
Government fees and charges
Third-party service fees
Services already rendered or in progress
4. Refund Process
